SUPLMNT is a premium hydration brand in the reusable drinkware category. The objective of this Shopify redesign project was to improve the user experience with a mobile-first approach. With most traffic coming from mobile devices, the focus was on reducing friction, strengthening brand cohesion, and creating a smooth, engaging shopping flow from entry to checkout.

All design and structural decisions were intentionally made to prioritize clarity, speed, and ease of use on mobile screens.

The site’s visual layout was redesigned to reflect SUPLMNT’s premium identity while improving usability. We focused on hierarchy, spacing, and clean presentation to make navigation intuitive and reduce visual clutter, especially on smaller mobile screens.

The final result is a modern, elevated aesthetic that builds trust and supports a seamless shopping experience.

Homepage Redesign and First-Click Experience

Surfacing Products Immediately to Minimize Drop-Off

The homepage was reimagined to serve as a low-friction landing experience. Rather than functioning only as a brand statement, it now facilitates immediate interaction:

  • The hero section was redesigned to introduce the brand while raising the fold line to showcase products without scrolling
  • A dynamic product carousel was added to highlight featured and seasonal products

Each product is linked directly to its collection for a fast transition into browsing
This functionality was implemented using custom theme code to maintain design control and mobile performance.

Product Page Optimization

Enhancing Engagement Beyond a Single Product

To extend user engagement past the initial product view, a “You Might Also Like” section was added at the bottom of each product detail page. This creates a natural opportunity for continued browsing and encourages users to explore more products without restarting their journey.

Klaviyo Integration and Behavioral Pop-Ups

Contextual Engagement That Aligns With User Intent

Klaviyo was integrated and customized to match SUPLMNT’s visual identity. Instead of one-size-fits-all messaging, we implemented multiple pop-ups designed to trigger based on user behavior and engagement patterns.

These personalized, intent-aware pop-ups offer helpful, timely communication without disrupting the browsing experience.
